A valve that has to be controlled and monitored needs more than a positioner. It needs the actuator, the positioner, a limit switch box or position transmitter for feedback, and often a pilot valve. EAA supplies all four, and can ship them assembled so your valve shop fits one item instead of sourcing four.

Each stage below is a problem buyers actually raise, and what we do about it.
Actuator
Problem. The valve arrives bare and someone has to size and source the actuator.
How we handle it. Pneumatic valve actuators are part of the supporting range supplied alongside the positioner line.
Positioner
Problem. Without a positioner the valve responds to air pressure rather than to a position demand.
How we handle it. The L or R pattern positioner is selected to match the actuator type and signal range.
Position Feedback
Problem. The control room cannot confirm that the valve actually moved.
How we handle it. A 210, 310, 410A, 410B or 510 limit switch box gives open and closed indication, or a position transmitter module reports continuous position. The YT1000R can be supplied with the switch box or the transmitter already fitted, internally or externally.
Pilot Valve
Problem. On off duty needs a solenoid or pilot stage that the positioner does not provide.
How we handle it. Pilot valves are supplied from the same range so the assembly arrives complete.
Assembly and Test
Problem. Parts sourced separately have to be married up and tested by the buyer.
How we handle it. We assemble the combination and calibrate it before packing, so it arrives as one tested item.
Ship
Problem. Four suppliers means four lead times and four sets of paperwork.
How we handle it. One order, one shipment, one warranty. Regular combinations ship in 2 to 3 days and project quantities in 7 to 10 days.

Which combinations do you already build?
YT1000R with a 410A or 410B limit switch box, YT1000R with an APL210 switch box, and YT1000R with an internal or external position transmitter module are all standard combinations.
Can you assemble a combination that is not listed?
Tell us the actuator, the feedback you need and the signal, and we will confirm what we can assemble before you order.
Is the assembly tested before shipment?
Yes. Assemblies are calibrated and stroke tested before packing, and we can film the test on request.
Do you supply the actuator too?
Yes. Pneumatic valve actuators are supplied alongside the positioners, limit switches and pilot valves.
Does the warranty cover the whole assembly?
Yes. The 18 month warranty applies to the units we supply, with replacement on photo or video evidence.
