Each stage below is a problem buyers actually raise, and what we do about it.
Identify
Problem. The nameplate is painted over and nobody remembers what pattern the valve carries.
How we handle it. Send photos of the positioner, the bracket and the stem clamp over WhatsApp. We identify the pattern and confirm the matching model before you order.
Match
Problem. A replacement that does not share the mounting pattern means machining a new bracket on site.
How we handle it. Our units follow the original mounting patterns, so they land on the brackets already fitted to the actuator.
Confirm Action
Problem. Fitting a single acting unit to a double acting actuator wastes the shutdown window.
How we handle it. We check linear against rotary and single acting against double acting before quoting, using the actuator details you send.
Supply
Problem. The valve is out of service while the part is in transit.
How we handle it. Regular models ship in 2 to 3 days from stock. If goods go missing in transit we re-send in the fastest way available when you need them urgently.
Commission
Problem. A new positioner still has to be set up on the valve.
How we handle it. Units arrive calibrated and stroke tested. Field setup is the standard sequence: level the feedback lever at mid travel, then trim zero at the low signal and span at the high signal.
Standardise
Problem. A mixed fleet means every technician learns a different calibration procedure.
How we handle it. Because one factory supplies the L, R, IP and NE patterns, a site can converge onto a consistent set of spares and one setup routine.

How do I tell you which positioner I need?
Send a photo of the existing unit, its nameplate and the bracket. That is normally enough for us to confirm the matching model.
Will it fit without changing the bracket?
If the valve carries one of the patterns we build, yes. We confirm the mounting before you order rather than after.
What is the difference between the L and R models?
The L pattern drives linear stem actuators on globe and diaphragm valves. The R pattern drives quarter turn rotary actuators on ball and butterfly valves.
How long does delivery take?
Regular quantities ship in 2 to 3 days. Large quantities take 7 to 10 days.
What if the replacement fails?
The warranty is 18 months and we replace rather than repair, on photo or video evidence.
