OEM and Private Label Manufacturing For Valve Positioners and Transducers
Most of what leaves this factory carries somebody else's brand. If you sell valve accessories, assemble control valves, or run a distribution business that needs its own line, EAA builds the positioners and transducers, paints them in your colour, marks the nameplate with your logo and packs them in your carton.
Start A ConversationHow This Works End To End
Each stage below is a problem buyers actually raise, and what we do about it.
Model Selection
Problem. You need to know which patterns your market actually asks for before committing to a brand line.
How we handle it. We map your enquiry list onto the existing ranges: YTC L and R, Rotork YTC, SMC IP8000 and IP8100, Metso Neles NE700 and NE724, Marsh Bellofram T1000 and T1500, Controlair 500X and 550X, Fairchild T6000 and T7800, Flowserve PT700 and EPC1000.
Appearance and Branding
Problem. A private label line that looks like everyone else's stock does not build a brand.
How we handle it. Housings are painted in your colour. Black, blue and yellow are already in production; other colours are painted to order. Your logo goes on the nameplate.
Shape Module Development
Problem. Sometimes the standard housing is not what you want to sell.
How we handle it. We develop newly designed shape modules to your drawing, so the unit is visibly yours rather than a rebadged standard part.
Packaging
Problem. Retail and online sellers need packaging that survives the courier and sells on the shelf.
How we handle it. Carton customisation is part of the OEM service, including inner packing to suit your channel.
Pre-Shipment Evidence
Problem. Your customer wants to see the goods before they release payment.
How we handle it. We photograph or film the actual units in the sample room or warehouse and send them over WhatsApp, so you can forward real pictures rather than catalogue shots.
Delivery
Problem. A brand line dies if the restock takes two months.
How we handle it. Regular quantities ship in 2 to 3 days from stock. Large quantities take 7 to 10 days. Stock is held on regular models and on spare accessories for small top-up orders.
After Sales
Problem. Warranty claims on a private label line land on your desk, not ours.
How we handle it. The warranty is 18 months. Send photos or a video and we replace the unit rather than repairing it, normally shipping the replacement with your next order, or immediately when the end user is down.

OEM and Private Label Manufacturing Questions
What is the minimum quantity for a private label order?
Tell us the models and quantity you have in mind on WhatsApp. Regular models come from stock, which keeps small first orders practical while you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Black, blue and yellow are already in production. Other colours are painted to your requirement.
Can you develop a housing that is not one of your standard shapes?
Yes. We develop newly designed shape modules for customers who want a distinct product rather than a rebadged standard unit.
Will my logo be on the product or only the box?
Both. The nameplate carries your logo and the carton is customised as well.
How do you handle a warranty claim on units sold under my brand?
Send photos or a short video of the failed unit. We ship a replacement inside the 18 month warranty without asking for the unit back, usually with your next order.
Can I see the goods before they ship?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp and we will take photos or video of your units in the sample room or warehouse.
Tell Us Which Model You Need
Send a photo of the unit you are replacing, or the model number you want quoted. We confirm the match, the price and the lead time before you commit to anything.
