A complete chain for Monforts stenter machines with oil-free guide, supplied with high quality bearings, PEEK bushes and PEEK dust covers. It consists of connectors, U-shaped connectors, pins, PEEK bushes, PEEK dust cover screws, wear sleeves and the other components that make up a chain run.
The PEEK bush is the part that matters most for service life. It is the wear-resistant lining between the pin and the chain, replacing the original copper mesh lining, and because PEEK is self-lubricating it wears more slowly and lasts longer.
