Bruckner Stenter Chain Type 2

Second Bruckner chain build, for frames whose chain geometry differs from Type 1.

Product Overview

The second Bruckner chain build in our range. Bruckner frames have used more than one chain geometry across their generations, so holding several builds means most customers are matched without special tooling.

The component set is the familiar one: connectors, U-shaped connectors, pins, bushes, screws and wear sleeves, all available separately so the chain can be serviced rather than replaced next time.

Key Benefits

  • Second Bruckner geometry, covering frames Type 1 does not fit
  • Small parts available separately for later servicing
  • Supplied by the section with holders and plates if required
  • Matched from your sample rather than from a model number

Who It Is For

  • Bruckner users whose frame does not take the Type 1 build
  • Maintenance stores holding identified chain spares per machine
  • Engineers standardising spares across a mixed Bruckner fleet

Problems It Solves

  • Ordering chain from a machine model number and getting the wrong geometry
  • Chain binding or running rough because the pitch is not right
  • Mixed chain geometry around one run

Application Scenarios

  • Bruckner frames identified as taking the second chain geometry
  • Plants with two Bruckner machines requiring different chains
  • Chain renewal after the first build was found not to fit

Technical Features

  • Second Bruckner chain geometry
  • Connectors, U-shaped connectors, pins, bushes, screws and wear sleeves
  • Black finish, approximate weight 0.65 kg
  • Supplied by the section to your length

  • Section articulated over a test radius before despatch

Customisation Options

  • Built from your sample chain
  • PEEK bush upgrade at order
  • Section length made to your run
Certifications. We make no certification claim for this part. The original company statement is that products comply with international quality standards; no certificate is named and none is asserted here. Ask us directly if your procurement process requires documentation.

Comparison With Other Options

Type 1 and Type 2 differ in geometry, not in principle. Neither is better; one matches your frame and the other does not. A sample length of the existing chain settles it in one step.

Use Guide

Send a sample length of the existing chain before the first order

Label spares per machine if you run more than one Bruckner frame

Inspect the guide rail while the chain is out

Fit complete sections without splicing in old links

Clean and grease at least once a year with a high temperature product

FAQ

Questions About Bruckner Stenter Chain Type 2

How do I know which Bruckner chain build I need?

Send a sample length of the chain you are replacing. Model numbers are not reliable across Bruckner generations.

Are the small parts common between builds?

Some are and some are not. Tell us the build and we confirm which parts interchange.

Can I upgrade to PEEK bushes?

Yes, at order. PEEK is self-lubricating and outlasts the copper mesh lining it replaces.

What maintenance is needed?

Clean the guide and chain at least once a year and use a high temperature grease.

Minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Sections are built to your length.

Lead time?

Confirmed at quotation.

Send A Sample And We Will Match The Profile

Seat profiles and geometry changed across frame generations, so the part itself is more reliable than a model number. We identify it and quote the matching specification.
