Can I still buy the small parts afterwards?
Yes. We sell connectors, U-shaped connectors, pins, PEEK bushes, dust cover screws and wear sleeves individually, so the new chain can be serviced rather than replaced.
Copper or PEEK sliders?
Copper is more forgiving of a rail with surface defects; PEEK is self-lubricating and lasts longer on a good rail. Check the rail first.
How is chain length specified?
By your machine run. Tell us the length you are replacing and we build to it.
What maintenance does it need?
Clean the guide and chain at least once a year and add a high temperature grease such as DuPont, Miller or Kluber.
