Yes, on volume orders, including packaging, labeling and inserts prepared to your artwork.
What happens if a material or process has to change?
It is notified rather than absorbed silently. A change your qualification did not cover is exactly what an OEM program should not spring on you.
Do you support prototype quantities before volume?
Yes. Qualification quantities are supplied first, with volume pricing settled once the design is fixed.
