An imported LED screen fails for reasons decided months before it ships: the pitch chosen from a budget instead of a viewing distance, a rear-service cabinet in a building with no rear access, cabinets that need tools and shims to close a seam, or a wall that was never assembled before it was packed. We settle those at specification time and build the wall in the factory before it leaves.
The Pitch Was Chosen From a Budget Not a Distance
Pixel pitch decides the closest distance at which the image stops looking like separate dots. Choose it from the budget and the wall either looks coarse where people actually stand or costs twice what the site needed. We specify from the closest normal viewing position and the wall size.
There Is No Space Behind the Screen
Rear-service cabinets need a walkable corridor behind the wall. Buildings rarely have one. Our indoor fixed cabinets and the front service outdoor product are serviced from the viewing side, so the screen can sit flat against the structure.
Load-in Time Is Being Lost to Shimming
A rental crew is paid by the day, not by the cabinet. Our rental cabinets use fast lock with high precision positioning and tool-free installation, with handles designed into the frame for load-in and load-out.
The Wall Was Never Assembled Before It Shipped
Cabinets tested one at a time still build a wall with visible brightness steps and flatness errors. We assemble the project wall in the factory and run a screen installation test and a screen ageing test on it before it is packed.
The Screen Blacks Out the Storefront
A solid screen behind glass takes the daylight and the view with it. Transparent Glass at 2.5 to 10.4mm pitch and Bright Curtain at 15kg per square metre carry content while the glazing stays glazing.
One Dead Module Stops the Commissioning
Spare modules, receiving cards and power supplies are packed with the order, so a failure on site is a swap rather than a second shipment.
Every Wall Is Built and Aged in the Factory Before It Ships
Every order is built up as a complete wall on our assembling line and put through a screen installation test and a screen ageing test before it is dismantled and packed, with modules already through soldering inspection and their own ageing test. Documented projects have gone to sixteen countries outside China since 2013.
