Build a 210sqm outdoor LED screen that can be installed and struck quickly at a temporary festival site, with no permanent mounting, and must withstand outdoor weather while maintaining visual consistency across a large surface.

Solution

Our Solution

The wall was supplied on MSR-X-4 outdoor rental cabinets: die-cast aluminium at 26kg per square metre in 500x500mm and 500x1000mm formats, with a truss hanging structure, fast lock system for tool-free alignment, angle adjustment for curved builds, and front and rear access for module replacement. The cabinets are slim and lightweight, ideal for touring and temporary installations.

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test. Cabinets were assembled and built into a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, ensuring brightness and colour consistency across all cabinets before shipment.
