Build and strike a 200sqm indoor LED wall in a tight timeframe for a touring event, where the cabinets must be installed without tools, aligned quickly, and remain stable during repeated rigging and transport.

Our Solution

The wall was supplied on MSR-XI-3 rental cabinets: die-cast aluminium at 28kg per square metre in 500x500mm and 500x1000mm formats, with a fast lock system for tool-free installation, high precision positioning, angle adjustment for curved builds, and front and rear access. The cabinets feature a hanging structure for truss rigging and ground support, and a slim, ultra-thin design with excellent heat dissipation.

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test, and the cabinets were built up as a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, which is what matches brightness and colour across cabinets before they ship.
