Every Step and the Problem It Prevents
Fleet Specification
What goes wrong: A fleet is bought in mixed formats and cabinets from different orders cannot be combined into one wall.
How we handle it: The rental range is standardised on 500x500mm and 500x1000mm die-cast aluminium cabinets across the A, K, H, U, X and V series, so cabinets stack into the same wall geometry.
Weight and Rigging Load
What goes wrong: The wall the client wants exceeds the truss loading available at the venue.
How we handle it: Rental cabinets run 26 to 28kg per square metre depending on series, so the total hanging weight can be calculated before the fleet is bought rather than discovered at load-in.
Rigging Speed
What goes wrong: Crews lose hours per show shimming panels and chasing seams with hand tools.
How we handle it: Cabinets use fast lock with high precision positioning and tool-free installation, with handles built into the frame for load-in and load-out.
Creative Shapes
What goes wrong: The stage design calls for a curve or a floor screen and the fleet only builds flat walls.
How we handle it: Angle adjustment on the rental cabinets allows curvilinear, concave and convex builds, and floor screen cabinets are available in the same family.
Venue Variability
What goes wrong: The next venue has no backstage access and the wall cannot be serviced from behind.
How we handle it: The rental cabinets allow front and rear access, and both truss hanging and ground support are supported on the same cabinet.
Panel Matching
What goes wrong: Replacement cabinets bought a year later do not match the brightness of the original fleet.
How we handle it: Modules pass the ageing test and the ordered cabinets are built up and aged as a wall in the factory, and repeat orders are quoted against the original series so the fleet stays consistent.
Spares and Turnaround
What goes wrong: One dead module takes a whole cabinet out of service in the middle of a touring season.
How we handle it: Spare modules, receiving cards and power supplies are packed with the fleet so a swap is a field job rather than a shipping delay.

Can I mix 500x500mm and 500x1000mm cabinets in one wall?
Yes. Both formats are standard across the rental range, which is what lets a fleet cover different wall shapes without a second cabinet family.
How much does a rental wall weigh?
Between 26 and 28kg per square metre depending on the series, before rigging hardware. Send the wall size and we will give the total hanging weight.
Are the cabinets tool free to rig?
Yes. They use fast lock with high precision positioning, with handles on the frame, so a crew can build and strike without hand tools.
Can the same cabinets be ground stacked?
Yes. Truss hanging and ground support are both available on the rental cabinets.
Do you supply spare modules with a fleet order?
Yes. Spares are packed with the shipment so the fleet can be repaired between shows.
