From First Contact to Delivery

Most problems with an imported LED screen are set in motion long before the container is loaded: the wrong pitch, an unbuildable cabinet layout, no spares in the box. This is the sequence MASTARLED works through on every order, and what each step exists to prevent.

Stage by Stage

Every Step and the Problem It Prevents

Stage 01

Enquiry

What goes wrong: A quote request arrives as a square metre figure with no viewing distance, so the quote is a guess.

How we handle it: We ask for the wall dimensions, the closest viewing distance, indoor or outdoor, and whether there is access behind the screen. Those four answers decide the product.

Stage 02

Technical Proposal

What goes wrong: The buyer receives a price without knowing how the wall is actually built.

How we handle it: The proposal names the cabinet size, the cabinet count, the resolution, the weight per square metre and the service side, so the structure and the rigging can be planned from it.

Stage 03

Sample or Showroom Review

What goes wrong: Colour and greyscale are judged from a photograph and disappoint on arrival.

How we handle it: A single cabinet can be reviewed before the full order, and the assembled wall is shown in the factory showroom before shipment.

Stage 04

Production Planning

What goes wrong: An order is confirmed and then the delivery date moves because materials were not scheduled.

How we handle it: PMC schedules the modules and cabinets against the confirmed layout, so the SMT line, the assembling line and the test bay are booked as one job.

Stage 05

Module Manufacturing

What goes wrong: Weak solder joints and marginal lamps become field failures a year later.

How we handle it: Modules go through SMT placement, reflow soldering, automated soldering inspection, an auto drying system and a module ageing test before they reach assembly.

Stage 06

Cabinet Assembly

What goes wrong: Cabinets that are individually within tolerance still build a wall that is visibly out of flat.

How we handle it: Cabinets are assembled and aligned on the assembling line, then built up as the actual project wall rather than tested one cabinet at a time.

Stage 07

Screen Test and Ageing

What goes wrong: Faults surface after installation, when access costs more than the parts.

How we handle it: The built wall runs a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, so early-life failures are found and replaced in the factory.

Stage 08

Packing

What goes wrong: The screen arrives complete but with no spares, and one dead module stops the commissioning.

How we handle it: Cabinets are packed by wall position, with spare modules, receiving cards and power supplies included in the same shipment.

Stage 09

Shipping

What goes wrong: Cabinet weight and volume are discovered at the freight forwarder rather than at the quote.

How we handle it: Weight per square metre is stated up front, from 15kg on curtain screens to 32kg on outdoor fixed, so freight can be costed with the screen.

Stage 10

After Sales

What goes wrong: Support goes into an email queue while a screen is dark and a venue is booked.

How we handle it: Questions go directly to the team on WhatsApp or email, using the factory wall map that shipped with the order.

Questions Buyers Ask

Questions About From First Contact to Delivery

What information do you need to quote?

Wall width and height, closest viewing distance, indoor or outdoor, and whether there is access behind the screen. With those four we can specify the product and the cabinet layout.

Can I see the screen before it ships?

Yes. The wall is built and aged in the factory and can be reviewed in the showroom before it is dismantled and packed.

Do you include spare parts?

Yes. Spare modules, receiving cards and power supplies are packed with the order so commissioning is not held up by a single failure.

Which countries have you shipped to?

Documented projects include Germany, Russia, Belgium, Mexico, Chile, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, Turkey, the United States, South Korea, Kuwait, Israel, Canada, Peru, Nigeria and Ecuador.

How do I reach someone quickly?

WhatsApp is the fastest channel and reaches the same team that handles the order. Email works for drawings and formal documents.

Start With the Site Conditions

Send the wall dimensions, the viewing distance and the site conditions. We will map them onto the right product and the right cabinet layout.
