About MASTARLED
MASTARLED is the trading name of Shenzhen Mastarled Co., Ltd, an LED display screen manufacturer and whole solution provider based in Shenzhen, China. We build full-colour LED screens and the cabinets they are made from, and we sell them to buyers who are importing rather than buying locally.
What We Build
Seven product families cover the situations an integrator actually meets: indoor fixed walls from 0.9mm fine pitch to 6mm block cabinets, outdoor fixed walls with front or rear service, rental cabinets in six series, transparent glass screens for glazing, bright curtain screens for facades, stadium perimeter boards and freestanding i-Poster displays. Products from these families have been used in shopping malls, DOOH networks, exhibitions, stage productions, conferences, retail chains and TV stations.
How We Are Organised
The company runs its own R&D, PMC and QC functions. R&D develops the cabinet and module platforms, PMC schedules the production so a confirmed layout gets a booked slot on the SMT line and the assembling line, and QC owns the inspection and ageing stages that a cabinet has to pass before it can be packed.
How Screens Are Made Here
Modules are placed on the SMT auto line by high speed placement machines, reflow soldered and then inspected. They pass through the auto drying system and a module ageing test before they reach the assembling line. Cabinets are assembled and aligned, then the cabinets for a specific project are built up as the complete wall for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test. Customers can review the wall in the showroom before it is dismantled and packed.
Where Our Screens Have Gone
Documented projects run from 2013 to 2019 and reach Germany, Russia, Belgium, Mexico, Chile, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, Turkey, the United States, South Korea, Kuwait, Israel, Canada, Peru, Nigeria and Ecuador, alongside installations inside China. They range from a 36sqm exhibition screen to a 400sqm transparent glass facade and 400 sets of poster displays delivered to a single German customer.
What We Say No To
We do not quote a pitch without a viewing distance, and we do not ship a project wall that has not been assembled and aged in the factory. Where a specification would put a rear-service cabinet into a building with no rear access, we say so before the order rather than after the steelwork is built.

It is a short list because those are the three things an importing buyer cannot inspect from the other side of the world.

Do you manufacture or trade?
We manufacture. Modules are placed on our own SMT line, reflow soldered, inspected, dried and aged before cabinets are assembled and tested here.

The earliest project in our published records is a 100sqm indoor rental screen delivered to Dubai in 2013.
