Our Solution

The wall was supplied on MSR-OFD-8 outdoor fixed cabinets with die-cast aluminium construction, front maintenance access, IP65 rating for outdoor sealing, and heat dissipation design. Cabinets are 500x500mm and 500x1000mm in size, with tool-free fast lock and high-precision alignment to maintain flatness. The cabinet design allows for front module replacement and long-term stability in outdoor environments.

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test. Cabinets were built up as a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, which ensures brightness and colour consistency across all cabinets before shipment.
