Cleaning

The Complete Instrument Reprocessing Workflow Questions
Do I have to buy all four machines at once
No. Most practices start with the sterilizer and the ultrasonic cleaner, then add the distiller once they see what tap water does to the boiler, and the sealer when they start wrapping. Specifying all four up front simply avoids buying a machine that does not match the others.
Which stage do practices most often get wrong
The water. A sterilizer needs feed water below 5 microsiemens per cm under EN 13060 Annex C. Practices that run tap water or supermarket demineralised water see scale and premature boiler failure, and the warranty does not cover it.
Can Joident equipment sit alongside another brand of autoclave
Yes. The cleaner, distiller and sealer are independent machines. The only requirement is that your existing sterilizer accepts feed water at the conductivity the distiller produces, which every Class B machine does.
How much bench space does the full loop need
It depends on the models. Send us the dimensions of your room and we will lay the four footprints out against it before you order rather than after.
Who supports the system after installation
