Which certifications do the products carry
The quality system is certified to ISO 13485:2016 by German TUV and the equipment carries EU CE certification. Novo Pro sterilizers are built to conform with EN 13060, IEC 61010-1, IEC 61010-2-040 and EN 61326. We do not hold FDA clearance.
Do you supply distributors and OEM partners

What is the difference between a Class B and a Class N autoclave
A Class B cycle uses fractionated vacuum to pull air out of the chamber before steam enters, so steam reaches wrapped instruments and the inside of hollow handpieces. A Class N cycle handles unwrapped solid instruments only. Every Novo Pro model runs Class B cycles.
Can I buy only the autoclave
Yes, and many customers do. But the autoclave needs feed water below 5 microsiemens per cm and instruments that were cleaned before they were wrapped, so a distiller and an ultrasonic cleaner usually follow within the first year.
