What LL21 Is Built For
LL21 is a bias mini truck tyre designed for light commercial vehicles operating in urban and rural delivery environments. It is built for vehicles that carry moderate loads over mixed road surfaces, including paved streets, gravel access roads and poorly maintained rural routes. The tyre features a tread pattern optimized for wear resistance and consistent performance under variable load and temperature conditions. It is suitable for delivery vans, small utility trucks and agricultural transport vehicles that require a durable, low-maintenance tyre with predictable handling and long service life.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Good wear and crack resistance
- Low rolling resistance
- Good heat dissipation
- Low noise
Key Benefits
- Good wear and crack resistance for extended casing life on mixed-surface routes
- Low rolling resistance reduces fuel consumption on urban delivery cycles
- Good heat dissipation helps prevent overheating during prolonged city driving
- Low noise improves driver comfort and reduces disturbance in residential areas
- Single size 4.50-12ULT with 8 ply rating supports up to 400 kg per tyre at 400 kPa
Problems It Solves
- Frequent casing failure due to cracking and wear on unsealed rural roads
- Excessive heat buildup in urban driving leading to premature tread separation
- High rolling resistance increasing fuel costs on daily delivery routes
- Noise from standard bias tyres causing driver fatigue and community complaints
- Lack of availability of a single, reliable bias tyre for small trucks across multiple markets
Who It Is For
- Tyre importers sourcing reliable bias tyres for mini truck fleets in Asia, Africa and South America
- Distributors supplying replacement tyres for small delivery vans and utility trucks
- Fleet operators managing light-duty vehicles with limited budget for high-end tyres
- Agricultural dealers offering tyres for small transport vehicles used on farm access roads
- Government procurement buyers seeking cost-effective, durable tyres for municipal utility fleets
Application Scenarios
- Urban delivery vans making multiple stops on paved and gravel access roads
- Small utility trucks used for rural supply delivery on unsealed and uneven surfaces
- Agricultural transport vehicles moving between fields and storage points on low-grade roads
- Fleets operating light-duty trucks in developing markets with poor road infrastructure
- Vehicles requiring a low-cost, reliable tyre for daily short-haul operations
Technical Features
- Bias construction with 8 ply rating for durability under moderate load
- Tread depth of 7.0 mm provides a balance between wear life and traction
- Section width of 127 mm and overall diameter of 545 mm ensure fitment on 3.00B rims
- Load index 77/76 supports up to 400 kg per tyre at 400 kPa
- Speed symbol K allows safe operation up to 120 km/h on paved roads

- Tread compound with good wear and crack resistance
- Sidewall and tread compounds designed for low noise and heat dissipation
From Size List to Loaded Container
Confirm the size 4.50-12ULT and 8 ply rating match the axle load and rim width on your vehicle
We quote FOB or CIF against your load port and confirm current plant availability
Production or stock allocation is confirmed with the plant before deposit
Container is loaded, insured and shipped with certificate of origin and full export documents
Quality and After Sales
- Every tyre supplied carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defect
- Warranty claims are handled directly by us rather than passed back to the plant
- Cargo transportation insurance is arranged on every shipment
- DOT, ECE and other markings are confirmed against your market requirement before loading
Customisation Options
- Mixed container loading across sizes, patterns and brands to match your order book
- Certificate of origin issued to suit your import duty position
- Sidewall branding and private label subject to plant minimum order quantity
- Label, marking and packaging adjusted to the destination market requirement
Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard bias tyres without wear and crack resistance claims
LL21 offers longer casing life and better performance on rough roads due to its compound and tread design
Compared With Radial mini truck tyres
LL21 has lower cost and simpler construction, but radial tyres typically offer better fuel efficiency and longer tread life
Compared With High-load bias tyres with 10 or 12 ply ratings
LL21 is lighter and less expensive, but not suitable for vehicles exceeding 400 kg per tyre at 400 kPa
Use Guide
- Verify the rim width is 3.00B before fitting; mismatched rims can cause casing damage
- Inflate to 400 kPa for maximum load capacity; under-inflation increases wear and heat
- Inspect tread and sidewall regularly for cracks, especially after driving on gravel or rough terrain
- Rotate tyres if irregular wear develops, particularly on vehicles with uneven load distribution
- Use only for light commercial vehicles as defined by the manufacturer; do not apply to heavy-duty trucks
LL21 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 4.50-12ULT typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
Only 4.50-12ULT with 8 ply rating is available. Load index 77/76, speed symbol K, and all other specs are listed in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for off-road use?
It is designed for urban and rural roads with moderate load and speed. It is not rated for heavy off-road or mining applications.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
