What LL20 Is Built For
LL20 is a bias construction mini truck tyre designed for light-duty commercial vehicles operating in urban and regional delivery environments. It is built for consistent performance on paved roads with moderate load and speed, supporting delivery vans, small service trucks, and utility vehicles. The tyre features low rolling resistance, good wear and crack resistance, and effective heat dissipation to extend casing life under repeated stop-start cycles. It is available in three ply ratings and four size combinations, all with a 3.50B rim and a speed symbol of K. The tread depth is 8.0 mm across all sizes, providing a balance between initial tread life and noise control.
Manufacturer Feature Claims

- Fleet operators managing small delivery vans and service trucks with mixed-duty cycles
- Importers seeking a single supplier for multiple mini truck tyre sizes and ply ratings
- Government and municipal procurement buyers for municipal service vehicles
- Wholesale distributors buying in container loads for resale across regional markets
Application Scenarios
- Urban delivery vans making multiple stops per day on paved city streets
- Small service trucks used for utility, maintenance and repair work in regional towns
- Light-duty transport vehicles operating on mixed paved and gravel access roads
- Fleets managing multiple mini truck models with shared tyre fitment needs
- Contractors requiring a reliable, low-cost bias tyre for non-highway use
Technical Features
- Bias construction with reinforced casing for durability under urban stop-start use
- Tread pattern engineered for low rolling resistance and even wear across all sizes
- Tread compound designed for crack resistance and heat dissipation under repeated load
- Sidewall construction rated for moderate impact and flexing in urban driving conditions
- Tread depth of 8.0 mm maintained across all listed sizes for consistent wear life

From Size List to Loaded Container
Confirm the correct size, ply rating and load index against the vehicle’s axle load and rim width
We quote FOB or CIF based on your load port and confirm current plant availability
Production or stock allocation is confirmed with the plant before deposit payment
Container is loaded with mixed sizes and patterns if required, insured, and shipped with full export documentation
Quality and After Sales
- Every tyre supplied carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defect
- Warranty claims are handled directly by us, not passed back to the plant
- Cargo transportation insurance is provided on every shipment
- All markings, including speed symbol and load index, are verified against the size table before loading
Customisation Options
- Mixed container loading across sizes and ply ratings to match your order mix
- Certificate of origin issued to suit your import duty position
- Label and packaging adjusted to destination market requirements
- Private label and sidewall branding subject to plant minimum order quantity
Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard bias tyres without low rolling resistance
LL20 reduces fuel consumption and heat build-up on repeated urban cycles
Compared With Radial mini truck tyres
LL20 is lower cost and sufficient for light-duty urban use, though radial tyres offer longer life and better fuel efficiency
Compared With Higher ply rating bias tyres
LL20 offers lower cost and lighter weight for vehicles not requiring the extra strength of a 12PR or higher casing
Use Guide
- Match the ply rating to your vehicle’s axle load and operating conditions, not to the highest available
- Check the rim size (3.50B) against your wheel before ordering
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table for your load: 300 kPa for 300 kg, 500 kPa for 530 kg
- Monitor tread depth regularly; 8.0 mm is the starting depth, and wear should be tracked per load cycle
- Inspect for cracks and sidewall damage after prolonged use in stop-start environments
LL20 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and ply ratings are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or needs to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes and ply ratings are available?
5.00-10ULT in 8PR, and 5.00-12ULT in 6PR, 8PR, and 10PR. Full load, pressure, and dimension data is in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for off-road use?
It is designed for paved and light gravel access roads. It is not rated for heavy off-road or quarry use.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us your import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply before order placement.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled directly by us. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
