Consistency is the only thing a mineral supplier really sells. Every production batch goes through the same four tests, and the results travel with the container.
How It Works
XRF chemical analysis
X-ray fluorescence on all major oxides for every batch, which is what the Certificate of Analysis reports.
Laser particle size
Particle size distribution is verified rather than assumed, because grind drifts as media wears.
Moisture
Dried product is checked against the below 1.0% target before packing.
Fired whiteness at 1200 degrees C
Pressed discs fired at 1200 degrees C and read on a calibrated spectrophotometer — the test that actually predicts what your kiln will do.
Independent verification
Critical export shipments are sent for third-party testing at Foshan Youbo Ceramic Analysis & Testing Co., Ltd.
COA with every shipment
You get the batch-specific certificate before loading for approval, and the originals with the shipping paperwork.

Commercial Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 20ft container, which is about 24 tons — roughly 20 FIBC jumbo bags. Samples of 1-5 kg per grade are available before that for laboratory evaluation.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship 1-5 kg of each grade by DHL or FedEx at our expense. Samples reach most international destinations in 5-7 days and each one includes a Certificate of Analysis.
What is the lead time?
Production runs 7-14 days from order confirmation. Standard grades are normally held in stock, so container loading often starts within 3-5 working days.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit on pro-forma invoice confirmation and 70% against a copy of the Bill of Lading. Letter of credit is accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
