The mechanics of importing mineral powder from China are routine once you have seen them written down. This is the sequence we run on every order, with the numbers that matter at each step.
How It Works
Enquiry and quotation
Send grade, approximate tonnage, destination port and preferred terms. We answer within 24 hours with pricing, specification and COA data.
Pro-forma invoice
The PI carries product, quantity, unit price on FOB or CIF, total, payment terms, packaging, port and the production and delivery timeline.
Payment terms
Standard is T/T with 30% deposit on PI confirmation and 70% against a copy of the Bill of Lading. Letter of credit is accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
Production, 7-14 days
Standard grades are usually available from stock with production confirmation in 3-5 days. Custom specifications take 7-14 days.
Pre-shipment approval
We send the batch COA before loading. For critical applications we can courier a pre-shipment sample for approval first.
Container loading
A 20ft container holds about 24 tons, roughly 20 jumbo bags. Loading photos on request, and the container leaves under a numbered security seal.
Port and documentation
FOB means we deliver to Tianjin, Qingdao or Lianyungang with full export documents. CIF means we also arrange ocean freight and insurance.

Commercial Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 20ft container, which is about 24 tons — roughly 20 FIBC jumbo bags. Samples of 1-5 kg per grade are available before that for laboratory evaluation.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship 1-5 kg of each grade by DHL or FedEx at our expense. Samples reach most international destinations in 5-7 days and each one includes a Certificate of Analysis.
What is the lead time?
Production runs 7-14 days from order confirmation. Standard grades are normally held in stock, so container loading often starts within 3-5 working days.
What are your payment terms?
