This site is a static catalogue. It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixels, and it sets no cookies of its own.
What we collect
Nothing is collected on the site itself, because there is no form and no tracking script. We only hold what you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or telephone: the contact name, company, contact details and technical requirements included in your enquiry.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to prepare quotations, ship samples, produce shipping documentation and provide technical support. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to third parties except where a freight forwarder, courier or bank needs them to complete your shipment.
How long we keep it
Commercial correspondence and shipping records are retained for as long as required by Chinese accounting and customs regulations. Enquiries that do not result in an order are removed from active records when they are no longer relevant.
Hosting and third parties
WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp and subject to its own privacy policy. Email is carried by our mail provider. Neither service is operated by us.
