Mining Licence Business Licence and Safety Permit
Three government-issued documents and one independent laboratory relationship are what separate a mine-owning producer from a trader with a website. All four are shown here.
Mining Licence
Issued by the Chinese Ministry of Natural Resources, granting the legal right to extract nepheline syenite ore from the Jiulongshan deposit. It specifies the authorised mining area, depth, annual extraction volume and operating period, and is renewed on demonstration of compliant mining, environmental management and safety practice.
What it means for a buyer
For a buyer this is the document that proves we own the ore source rather than buying from third parties — long-term, guaranteed access to one consistent deposit.
Business Licence
The official Chinese business registration issued by the local Administration for Market Regulation, registering Anyang County Kailong Mining Co., Ltd. as a legal entity authorised to conduct mining, mineral processing, domestic sales and international trade. It shows registered capital, legal representative, business scope and the 2007 registration date.
What it means for a buyer
Needed for letter of credit transactions and customs documentation, and the 2007 date is what supports the claim of continuous operation since then.
Safety Production Permit
Issued by the provincial Department of Emergency Management, certifying that mining and processing operations meet China's mandatory workplace safety standards — equipment inspection, worker training, emergency response, dust control and environmental compliance.
What it means for a buyer
The document most often requested during supplier audits and ESG compliance reviews.

Is the material independently tested?
In-house testing covers every batch. Critical export shipments are additionally verified by Foshan Youbo Ceramic Analysis & Testing Co., Ltd., an independent ceramic testing laboratory.
What quality documentation comes with a shipment?
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis covering XRF chemistry, particle size, moisture and fired whiteness at 1200 degrees C. We send it for approval before loading, and originals travel with the shipping paperwork.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Please book at least three working days ahead. Airport pickup can be arranged from Zhengzhou (CGO) or from Anyang station.
How is the material packed?
1200 kg FIBC jumbo bags as standard, or 50 kg PP woven bags. Bags carry product name, grade, batch number and weight. Custom packaging and private labelling are available.
