Nobody should qualify a new flux on a supplier's data sheet. We ship 1-5 kg of each grade you want to evaluate by DHL or FedEx at our expense, with a Certificate of Analysis in the box so you can compare your numbers against ours.
How It Works
Tell us what to send
Name the grades, your application and the destination address. Samples are 1-5 kg per grade, at zero cost and zero obligation.
Courier, 5-7 days
Samples move by DHL or FedEx and reach most international destinations within 5-7 days. Each one includes its COA.
Fire a test disc
Press and fire discs at 1200 degrees C and measure whiteness in L*a*b*. This is the same test we run in-house, so the numbers are comparable.
Build a trial body
Replace your current feldspar in a trial formulation, fire test tiles, and measure water absorption, shrinkage and strength.
Compare three ways
Against your current raw material, against our COA, and against your own retained reference. Most buyers finish the evaluation in one to two weeks.

Commercial Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 20ft container, which is about 24 tons — roughly 20 FIBC jumbo bags. Samples of 1-5 kg per grade are available before that for laboratory evaluation.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship 1-5 kg of each grade by DHL or FedEx at our expense. Samples reach most international destinations in 5-7 days and each one includes a Certificate of Analysis.
What is the lead time?
Production runs 7-14 days from order confirmation. Standard grades are normally held in stock, so container loading often starts within 3-5 working days.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit on pro-forma invoice confirmation and 70% against a copy of the Bill of Lading. Letter of credit is accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
