Enclosed Storage Packaging and Container Loading
Finished product is stored enclosed, on concrete, on raised areas, organised by grade and batch number on first-in-first-out rotation. Mineral powder that has been rained on is a different product.
Standard packaging is the 1200 kg FIBC jumbo bag, with 50 kg PP woven bags available for buyers who split deliveries across several plants or resell in smaller lots. Bags are labelled with product name, grade, batch number and weight.
A 20ft container takes 20 jumbo bags — about 24 tons — or palletised small bags. Every container loading is photographed for the customer record and the container leaves under a numbered security seal.
Most orders load within 3-5 working days of order confirmation because standard grades are held in stock rather than made to order.
Road access runs 3 km to the Anyang-Linzhou Expressway. Trucks reach Tianjin (500 km), Qingdao (600 km) and Lianyungang (550 km) within 6-8 hours, which is what makes a short booking window realistic.

Is the material independently tested?
In-house testing covers every batch. Critical export shipments are additionally verified by Foshan Youbo Ceramic Analysis & Testing Co., Ltd., an independent ceramic testing laboratory.
What quality documentation comes with a shipment?
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis covering XRF chemistry, particle size, moisture and fired whiteness at 1200 degrees C. We send it for approval before loading, and originals travel with the shipping paperwork.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Please book at least three working days ahead. Airport pickup can be arranged from Zhengzhou (CGO) or from Anyang station.
How is the material packed?
