Our volume discount program is structured in tiers based on total annual purchase across all grades. Tier 1 (200-500 tons/year): 3-4% discount on standard FOB pricing. This is the entry level for most international customers importing 8-20 containers per year. Tier 2 (500-1000 tons/year): 5-6% discount. Medium-volume customers importing 20-40 containers annually. At this level, we also offer priority production scheduling and quarterly price reviews (instead of annual). Tier 3 (1000+ tons/year): 7-8% discount plus additional benefits including dedicated production batches, option for consignment inventory at a Chinese port warehouse, fixed annual pricing, and quarterly business reviews with our management team.
Key Information
How it works: discounts are calculated on total annual volume across all grades purchased. You can mix K200, K100, GP20, SY101, and TX101 in any combination to reach the tier threshold. The agreed discount is applied to every order throughout the contract year. Volume commitment is stated in the annual supply agreement but is not a rigid take-or-pay obligation — we understand that ceramic production volumes fluctuate.
