The base chain build for Bruckner stenter frames. Like every stenter chain it is an assembly rather than a single item: connectors, U-shaped connectors, pins, bushes, screws, wear sleeves and the components that hold them together.
Bruckner is one of the German brands we cover most closely, and we hold three chain builds for it. This is the first, the conventional specification, and it is the right answer where the line is not running at the top of its speed range.

Which of your three Bruckner chain builds should I take?
Type 1 is the conventional build and is adequate on a well-maintained line. The lubrication version and the PEEK-bushed builds cost more and pay back where the line runs hot and hard.
Can I buy small parts separately?
Yes. Connectors, U-shaped connectors, pins, bushes, screws and wear sleeves are all available individually.
How is chain length specified?
By your machine run. Tell us the section you are replacing.
What maintenance does it need?
Clean the guide and chain at least once a year and add a high temperature grease.
