Product Overview
A pin plate cut to the Artos base profile. Artos stenter machines are used across cotton, polyester, nylon and other textiles that need precise treatment, and the pin bed is what holds the cloth while the frame stretches, dries and heat sets it.
The pin work follows the common arrangement: two rows, pins about 5 mm long at three to four per centimetre, thickened near the base so the cloth never rests on the hot base plate. Pinning is what lets the frame carry higher fabric tension and run up to 100 m/min.
