Scientific Structural Design

The whole vehicle is optimised using advanced computer-aided design, with finite element analysis of the frame carried out against the vehicle bearing quality so the load is scientifically divided. The sub-frame sub-beam uses a front and rear integrated through type, and the cross beam and sub-beam use a frame structure link design, so bearing force is more uniform, stiffness and toughness are better and bearing capacity is stronger.

Load and Safety

The customized hydraulic system has high compatibility with the tractor, and the oil cylinder is selected from high-quality domestic manufacturers to ensure safety in use. A vehicle tilt-over alarm and retraction device is available as an option, which effectively avoids rollover accidents during unloading, the single largest risk in side tipping operations.

Cycle Time and Cost

Because the loading compartment tips automatically to a set angle for unloading, it saves unloading time and labour, shortens the transportation cycle, improves productivity and reduces transport costs. On a fixed shuttle route, the time saved at the discharge point is the whole economic argument.

Where Side Tipping Wins

Side tipping places material directly along a road edge or trench in one pass, which rear tipping cannot do without clear space behind the trailer. That is why roadworks, trenching and pipeline contractors favour it, and why a rear tipper is still the safer choice on soft or uneven ground.

What to Specify

For side tipping, the main beam material matters more than on a rear tipper because of the bending the operation creates. Our 80 tonne side tipping build uses an Hg60 high strength main beam for that reason. Also consider the tilt-over alarm and retraction option, and check the ground conditions where you will actually discharge.
