We ship the build, not just the box. Every project leaves with the drawings, schedules and support a local crew needs to put it together right the first time.
A kit is only as good as the instructions. A local crew that has never seen the system before cannot guess an assembly sequence, and every hour spent guessing is an hour of plant and labour standing still.
Every order ships with assembly drawings, member and panel marking, and a bolt and panel schedule. Our engineers stay reachable through assembly, and supervised installation is available for projects.
This is how the UMMO complex in El Salvador and the two-storey buildings in Thailand were erected — by local crews working from our drawings and marked steel.

01 Erection sequence design
The assembly sequence is designed alongside the structure, not worked out after fabrication.
02 Member and panel marking
Every member and panel is marked to its position on the erection drawings.
03 Bolt and panel schedule
The crew gets a schedule listing what goes where, checked against the loading before the container seals.
04 Pre-arrival briefing
Loading plans and packing lists let your team check the delivery and plan the lift before the crew mobilises.
05 Foundation interface
Holding-down bolt layouts and foundation interfaces are detailed so the pad is ready when the steel lands.
06 Lift planning
For stacked camps and volumetric modules, lifting points and crane requirements are detailed with the drawings.
07 Remote engineering support
Our engineers stay reachable while your crew builds, so questions get answered the same day.
08 Supervised installation
For projects, our supervisors attend site to set out the first blocks and hand the sequence to your crew.

What documentation ships with an order?
Assembly drawings, member and panel marking, and a bolt and panel schedule — everything the crew needs to build in sequence.
Is supervision included?
Remote engineering support is included with every order. Supervised on-site installation is available for projects and quoted separately.
Do we need specialist erectors?
No. The El Salvador complex and the Thailand buildings were both erected by local crews working from our drawings and marked steel.
What preparation is needed before delivery?
A level, drained pad or foundations to the detailed interface, plus the lifting plant the erection sequence requires. Both are detailed in advance.
What if something is missing on site?
Loading is checked against the bolt and panel schedule before sealing, and the packing list lets your team verify the delivery before the crew mobilises.
