Quality Prefab House grew out of a steel-structure workshop into a full prefab manufacturer, selling almost entirely to overseas buyers. That shaped how we work: drawings and certificates in your standard, packing built around container economics, and English-speaking engineers who stay reachable through assembly.
We are not a trading company reselling someone else's units. Engineering, steel fabrication, panel assembly, quality control and export documentation all sit under one roof, which is how we keep both the price and the detail under control.
Over 20 years and 60+ countries, the work has ranged from a single expandable house for a distributor testing a market to a workforce village of more than 500 modules for one of the world's largest bauxite developments.

Steel fabrication
CNC cutting, robotic welding and hot-dip galvanising lines on our own site, so the frame and the drawing come from the same place.
Quality control
Three-stage quality control — incoming material, in-process and final — with photo reports before every container seals.
Export logistics
FOB, CIF or DAP with container loading plans that maximise units per box and keep freight per unit down.
