Do you have a product catalogue PDF?
We do not publish a generic catalogue. Drawings and a spec sheet are prepared for your project and returned with a fixed price, which is more useful than a catalogue in almost every case.
How do I get CAD files?
CAD files are issued on request via WhatsApp, appropriate to your project stage, rather than published for open download.
Are material certificates included?
Yes. Material certificates and load-test reports are supplied per order.
Can I get the engineering before ordering?
You see drawings and a spec sheet with the fixed price, before any deposit. Full stamped calculations are prepared as part of the project engineering.
What do you need to prepare a quote document?
Product type, quantity or dimensions, destination country and port, any code requirements, and a sketch if you have one.
