Questions about the Cabinet Pulse Laser Cleaning Machine
Pulsed or continuous wave — how do I choose?
Pulsed for precision and anything where the substrate matters: moulds, thin sections, delicate surfaces, parts that get measured afterwards. Continuous wave for heavy rust and paint over large areas where speed dominates. If the part is expensive and the layer is thin, buy pulsed.
Can it be integrated into a production line?
Yes. The long fibre and screen control are designed for fixed or semi-mobile installation in a cell. Tell us the cycle time and part handling and we will quote the configuration.
Does 1500W pulsed damage the substrate?
Pulsed energy is delivered in nanosecond bursts, so average heat input stays low even at high power. Parameters are set per material — and we prove them on your sample before you buy.
What warranty applies?
One to two years on core components including the laser source and fibre, with 24-hour remote support and video troubleshooting.
