Before you write — the answers to most first questions
What power level do I need for my application?
It depends on the material and contaminant thickness. Light rust or thin coatings often need 100W–300W, while heavy rust or large areas usually require 500W–1000W or more. Send us your details for a free recommendation.
Does laser cleaning damage the base material?
No — laser cleaning is non-contact and non-abrasive. We control power, frequency and speed precisely so the contaminant is removed and the substrate is protected.
What is the warranty and after-sales support?
One to two years on core components including the laser source and fibre. Support includes 24-hour remote guidance and video troubleshooting.
Can I test on my own sample?
Yes, free of charge. Ship small samples to us, or send photos and details for large items. We test on similar materials and send before/after photos and video.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We handle export customs documentation and provide full tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Standard models ship 7–20 days after deposit. Custom systems take 25–60 days depending on complexity, with an exact timeline confirmed once the order is agreed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit to start and 70% T/T balance before shipment. Flexible terms are available for large orders.
How do I choose between pulsed and continuous wave (CW)?
Pulsed suits precision work and delicate surfaces — antiques, moulds, thin coatings. CW suits heavy rust and paint removal over large areas such as ships and steel structures. We recommend based on your parts.
What maintenance is required?
Very little. Clean the lens and protective glass regularly, check the chiller on water-cooled models, and replace protective lenses every 500–2000 hours. Manuals and video guides are supplied.
Can I see a demo or video of my specific application?
Yes. Send your material details or photos and we will run a test and share before/after video and photos at no charge.
Do you provide installation and training support?
Remote video training is free and included with every machine. On-site installation and training is available for high-power or automated systems, quoted by region and travel requirements.
What is the lead time for custom machines?
25–60 days depending on complexity, confirmed exactly after the specification is agreed.
