Electronics Circuit Board Cleaning
Oxide layers and flux residues had to be removed from circuit boards without damaging components.

Cleaning a populated board means working millimetres from components that will not survive a solvent bath.
Wet processes bring corrosion risk, drying steps and static; ultrasonics stress fine joints and delicate parts. A tightly controlled pulsed beam removes oxide and residue from a defined area and leaves nothing behind, which makes it repeatable enough for production rather than rework only.

Demonstrations, service calls and conservation work all share one constraint: the machine has to arrive intact, set up in minutes and leave no trace.
Between a portable cleaner and a full CW industrial system there is a gap: work that needs more than 500W of pulsed energy, all day, on parts where heat input still matters — hardened dies, machined castings, thin structural members, anything that will be measured after cleaning.
We will tell you which machine fits your parts, your throughput and your floor — and run a free test on a sample so you can see it before you commit.
