What we do
KlearLaser designs and manufactures pulsed and continuous-wave fibre laser cleaning systems from 100W to 6000W. All manufacturing happens in our own Shenzhen facility: we control component sourcing, assembly and testing, which is what makes performance consistent from unit to unit and keeps pricing factory-direct.
Why specialisation matters
Most suppliers in this market sell cleaning machines alongside marking, cutting and welding equipment. We have focused exclusively on cleaning since 2012. That is fourteen years of parameter data across steel, stainless, aluminium, brass, titanium, copper, tool steel, bronze and stone — and it is the reason we can tell you what your part will look like before you buy.
Laser sources
Every machine is built around a genuine Raycus, JPT or IPG fibre source. Which one depends on the configuration ordered, and we will tell you which is fitted before you sign — the source brand matters more to long-term reliability than the wattage on the label.
Certification
CE, FDA and ISO9001. Certificates are supplied with quotations on request, which is usually what a compliance team needs before equipment can be brought on site.
Support
Customers in over 100 countries, a 24-hour response commitment, free remote video training with every machine, and on-site installation available for high-power and automated systems. Core components carry 1–2 years of warranty.
