Automotive Parts Rust Removal
Heavy rust on steel components was slowing production and driving rework.

Parts arrive rusted, coated or oiled and have to leave weldable, paintable and dimensionally unchanged.
Automotive work punishes any process that removes base material. Sandblasting erodes panel steel and warps thin sections; chemical stripping leaves residue that ruins primer adhesion. Laser cleaning takes the contaminant and stops, which is why it is used both on production components and in refinishing bays.

Rust and brake dust had to come off alloy wheel hubs without scratching the finish.
A maintenance bay needs one machine that covers most of the week's work: rust off incoming steel, residue out of a die, paint off a bracket, and occasionally the same job outside in the yard.
Between a portable cleaner and a full CW industrial system there is a gap: work that needs more than 500W of pulsed energy, all day, on parts where heat input still matters — hardened dies, machined castings, thin structural members, anything that will be measured after cleaning.
We will tell you which machine fits your parts, your throughput and your floor — and run a free test on a sample so you can see it before you commit.
