Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit to start production and 70% T/T balance before shipment. More flexible terms are available on large orders — ask before you plan the cash flow around the standard structure.
We ship worldwide and handle export customs documentation, with full tracking provided. Import duty, local certification and any inland delivery are on your side of the transaction; tell us your destination early and we will tell you what is normally required.
CE, FDA and ISO9001 certification is in place, which covers what most buyers in Europe and North America need to bring the equipment on site. Ask for the certificates with your quotation if your compliance team wants them in advance.
Remote video training is included free with every machine. On-site installation and training is available for high-power and automated systems, quoted separately depending on country and travel. Support is committed to a 24-hour response, with remote guidance and video troubleshooting.
