Trolley Laser Cleaning Machine
A maintenance bay needs one machine that covers most of the week's work: rust off incoming steel, residue out of a die, paint off a bracket, and occasionally the same job outside in the yard.

Pull-rod and wheels, 45 kg, 15–30 m²/h. The workhorse format for a maintenance bay that also gets called out to the yard.
A trolley machine is what most workshops end up buying. It is heavy enough to hold a stable duty cycle through a shift, light enough for one person to wheel between bays, and wide enough in scan range — 200–500 mm, clearing up to 1200 mm — to make progress on panels and structures rather than test coupons. Air cooling keeps the install to a single socket.
This is the series behind several of our documented mould-cleaning and rust-removal projects; if you are unsure where to start, start here.
