Backpack Laser Cleaning Machine
Rust and coating on a bridge girder, a transmission tower, a ship's inner hull or a scaffolded facade cannot be brought to a cleaning bay.
Hull plate, bridge steel, pipeline sections, wind-turbine towers: square metres, not square centimetres, covered in mill scale and heavy rust.

Hull plate, bridge steel, pipeline sections, wind-turbine towers: square metres, not square centimetres, covered in mill scale and heavy rust. Blasting these means containment, media handling and a disposal bill; at that scale, a 500W portable machine is simply the wrong tool.
Continuous-wave power removes the throughput ceiling. 1000W–6000W of CW fibre energy at 1075–1085 nm, water-cooled for sustained duty, delivered through a 5 m fibre to a head with a 200–500 mm scanning width. The cabinet is built to run all day and to be integrated with a line or a manipulator, so the cleaning rate matches the rest of the process rather than gating it.

Three-phase 380V ±10%, 50/60 Hz, and up to 25 kW at the top of the range. Confirm your incoming supply with us before ordering so we specify the right configuration and transformer if one is needed.
Continuous wave puts the most energy per second into the surface, which is what you want on mill scale and heavy rust over large areas. The trade-off is higher heat input — so for thin sections or precision parts, choose the pulsed cabinet instead.
The cabinet is designed for integration with production lines and automation. Send us the cell layout and reach requirements and we will quote the configuration.
Standard models ship in 7–20 days after deposit; custom and automated systems run 25–60 days depending on complexity. You get an exact timeline once the configuration is confirmed.

Demonstrations, service calls and conservation work all share one constraint: the machine has to arrive intact, set up in minutes and leave no trace.
A maintenance bay needs one machine that covers most of the week's work: rust off incoming steel, residue out of a die, paint off a bracket, and occasionally the same job outside in the yard.
Ship us a sample, or send photographs and a description. We test on the machine we would recommend and send back before/after images, video and the parameters used — free.
