Aerospace Component Paint Stripping
Thick legacy paint and coatings had to come off aluminium parts without surface damage or toxic waste.

Coatings have to come off aluminium parts that will be inspected, measured and re-certified afterwards.
In aerospace the failure mode is not a dirty part — it is a part that has been altered. Chemical stripping creates hazardous waste and can attack alloys; abrasive methods leave micro-scratches that show up at inspection. Pulsed laser cleaning removes the coating layer selectively and leaves the substrate geometry alone.

Between a portable cleaner and a full CW industrial system there is a gap: work that needs more than 500W of pulsed energy, all day, on parts where heat input still matters — hardened dies, machined castings, thin structural members, anything that will be measured after cleaning.
Demonstrations, service calls and conservation work all share one constraint: the machine has to arrive intact, set up in minutes and leave no trace.
We will tell you which machine fits your parts, your throughput and your floor — and run a free test on a sample so you can see it before you commit.
