Strip rust, paint and oxide without touching the part

KlearLaser builds the fibre laser cleaning machines that replace sandblasting and chemical stripping — no media, no solvents, no substrate damage. Send us your part and we will clean it before you buy.

The four KlearLaser machine formats side by side: backpack, trolley, suitcase and cabinet
Four build formats, one cleaning process

From a 12 kg backpack to a 6000W cabinet

Backpack, trolley, suitcase and cabinet builds share the same fibre source and control software — so you pick the format that matches where the work happens, not a compromise on cleaning performance.

The process

Laser cleaning, in one paragraph

A fibre laser beam is absorbed by rust, paint, oxide and residue far more readily than by the clean metal beneath. Sweep it across the surface and the contaminant is lifted away while the substrate is left essentially untouched — no abrasive media, no solvent, no contact, and nothing to dispose of afterwards. KlearLaser has built nothing but this equipment since 2012.

Since 2012 we have built nothing else. That focus is why we can tell you which power level, which laser mode and which machine format your job needs — and why we will say so when the answer is "not this technology".

How laser rust removal actually works

Grid of before and after results: rusted, painted and oxidised parts cleaned by laser
Why laser

Six things that change when you stop blasting

Compared with chemicals, sandblasting, grinding and high-pressure washing, the differences are not marginal.

Illustration of non-contact laser cleaning leaving the substrate undamaged

No contact, no damage

Zero abrasion and no substrate erosion — the reason the process is accepted on moulds, thin sheet and artefacts.

Illustration of laser cleaning with no consumable media

Zero consumables

No chemicals, no blasting media, no waste stream to store or dispose of.

Illustration of high-precision selective laser cleaning

High precision

Selective cleaning that follows complex shapes and stops where you tell it to.

Illustration of environmentally friendly laser cleaning

Eco-friendly

Significantly lower environmental impact than chemical or abrasive alternatives.

Illustration of faster and more cost-effective cleaning

Faster and cost-effective

Up to 5–10× quicker than traditional methods with consistent, repeatable results.

Illustration of safer laser cleaning operation

Safer operation

Significantly reduced dust, fume and noise hazards compared with blasting and stripping.

Machines

Four build formats, chosen by where the work happens

Power sets how fast you clean. Format sets whether you can get to the part at all — which is usually the harder constraint.

Pulsed

Backpack Series

100W–300WPulsed

A wearable 12–18 kg host for work that never happens twice in the same place: bridge steelwork, tower sections, ship interiors, restoration scaffolding.

KlearLaser hard-shell suitcase laser cleaning machine open and closed
Pulsed

Suitcase Series

100W–500WPulsed

A hard-shell case with wheels and a handle that survives a van, a lift and a customs inspection — then opens into a 500W pulsed cleaner.

KlearLaser trolley laser cleaning machine with pull rod and castor wheels
Pulsed

Trolley / Pull-Rod Series

100W–500WPulsed

Pull-rod and wheels, 45 kg, 15–30 m²/h. The workhorse format for a maintenance bay that also gets called out to the yard.

Pulsed & Continuous Wave

Cabinet / Industrial Series

300W–6000WPulsed & Continuous Wave

Enclosed cabinet housing built for 24/7 duty, in pulsed 300W–1500W and continuous-wave 1000W–6000W variants, with water cooling and production-line integration.
