What This Part Does On The Machine
Tension plates and their springs hold a steady drag on the warp sheet so every end enters the knitting zone at the same tension. If one end runs slack, that end knits a longer loop and the fault runs the length of the piece.
The range covers 12, 16, 20 and 26 pin tension springs, sets supplied with new rings, and plain tension plates in several forms.
