A complete crane is mostly air by volume. Sinomac supplies hoist, end carriages, drives and control system as a kit for a local partner to weld and assemble.
How It Works
What Is in the Kit
Electric rope hoist, electric hoist trolley, electric winch trolley, end carriages, electric control system and anti-sway system. The girder is fabricated locally by the partner from Sinomac production drawings, which are provided free.
Control and Drive System
All movements are inverter controlled for stable operation. Inverters are Schneider-Toshiba, Yaskawa or equivalent world brands. Drive motors are frequency motors, and electrical components are Schneider, ABB or Siemens.
Hoist and Winch System
The lifting gearbox is a planetary gearbox inserted into the drum. That reduces hook approach and installation space, lowers noise, allows lifting speed to be tuned by changing gearbox ratio and motor power, and is maintenance free within five years.
Who Makes a Good Partner
Crane maintenance companies and regional crane builders who can weld and assemble but do not want to fabricate hoists and drives. Sinomac supplies the engineered components and the drawings; the partner supplies local steel, installation and service.

Are your cranes built to FEM and DIN standards?
Yes. Sinomac designs to FEM, DIN and ISO. Duty group is set from your real lifting cycle, so the classification on the nameplate matches how the crane is actually used.
Can you supply a crane kit instead of a complete crane?
Yes. Sinomac supplies hoist, end carriages, drives, control system and anti-sway as a kit, and provides free production drawings of the girder for regional partners and clients buying kits, which lowers shipping cost.
How fast do you quote?
Sinomac provides a crane quotation within 24 hours and a CAD drawing within 48 hours.
What documentation ships with the crane?
Equipment qualification certificate, main parts qualification certificates, electrical drawing diagram, installation operation and maintenance manual, and installation and commissioning instructions.
Can we inspect before shipment?
Yes. Every hoist is pre-commissioned before packing and the crane is pre-assembled for a factory acceptance test. Clients are also welcome to appoint a third party inspection.
