Three Things That Break Crane Projects
Duty Group Set Too Low
A crane classified below its real lifting cycle wears out early and takes the hoist, the wheels and the gearbox with it. Sinomac sets FEM classification from lifts per hour and average load, not from the tonnage on the enquiry.
A Building That Will Not Take the Crane
Wheel loads, headroom and hook approach decide whether a crane fits an existing shed. Sinomac provides a CAD drawing in 48 hours so the structural check happens before the order, not after delivery.
Freight and Spare Parts After Handover
Shipping a welded girder across an ocean costs more than the steel. Crane kits plus free production drawings let a local partner fabricate the girder, and DIN dimensioned wear parts stay available afterwards.

What size cranes can Sinomac build?
Capacities across the range run from 0.5 t light gantries up to 800 t double girder cranes, with spans to 50 m. The right combination depends on your building and duty cycle.
Are your cranes built to FEM and DIN standards?
Yes. Sinomac designs to FEM, DIN and ISO. Duty group is set from your real lifting cycle, so the classification on the nameplate matches how the crane is actually used.
Can you supply a crane kit instead of a complete crane?
Yes. Sinomac supplies hoist, end carriages, drives, control system and anti-sway as a kit, and provides free production drawings of the girder for regional partners and clients buying kits, which lowers shipping cost.
How fast do you quote?
Sinomac provides a crane quotation within 24 hours and a CAD drawing within 48 hours.
What documentation ships with the crane?
Equipment qualification certificate, main parts qualification certificates, electrical drawing diagram, installation operation and maintenance manual, and installation and commissioning instructions.
