What is actually checked, at which stage, and who signs it off. Every point below is the documented Sinomac procedure.
Raw Material
- Every batch of raw steel must carry a Material Test Certificate, and the material is spot inspected against it.
- Electrical components such as motors, contactors and brakes must carry a qualified certificate and are spot inspected on arrival.
Machining and Heat Treatment
- Operators must be familiar with the technical requirement and the drawing before starting.
- Equipment management checks machine precision on a schedule, and measuring instruments are calibrated.
- Heating and cooling media meet standard requirements and are analysed on a regular cycle.
- Heating temperature, holding time, holding temperature, cooling rate and medium temperature are all controlled parameters.
- Carburising and ion nitriding processes carry additional chemical process control.
Welding
- Welders are certified against technical grade standards and must pass assessment before working.
- Welding and cutting equipment display and measure current, voltage and speed accurately.
- Welders must know the specification of the welded part and the parameters of the process.
- In-process inspection covers rib plate blanking, web plate laying off and blanking, cover plate butt joints and assembly welding.
- Girders are shot blasted to Sa2.5 to secure paint adhesion, with paint thickness at or above 120 µm.
Factory Acceptance Test
Every hoist is pre-commissioned before packing. Cranes are pre-assembled to check performance. Only when all test results are confirmed does the equipment ship.
Third Party Inspection
Clients are welcome to appoint a third party inspector to verify hoist and crane performance before dispatch.

Do you provide material test certificates?
Yes. Every batch of raw steel must have a Material Test Certificate, and the material is spot inspected to confirm it matches.
Can we appoint our own inspector?
Yes. Third party inspection is welcomed on both hoists and cranes.
Are your cranes built to FEM and DIN standards?
Yes. Sinomac designs to FEM, DIN and ISO. Duty group is set from your real lifting cycle, so the classification on the nameplate matches how the crane is actually used.
Can you supply a crane kit instead of a complete crane?
Yes. Sinomac supplies hoist, end carriages, drives, control system and anti-sway as a kit, and provides free production drawings of the girder for regional partners and clients buying kits, which lowers shipping cost.
How fast do you quote?
Sinomac provides a crane quotation within 24 hours and a CAD drawing within 48 hours.
What documentation ships with the crane?
Equipment qualification certificate, main parts qualification certificates, electrical drawing diagram, installation operation and maintenance manual, and installation and commissioning instructions.
