The horizontal scourer is designed for the first and second cleaning sections of a flour mill, for surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye. It removes impurities and adhering contamination such as dust, sand, earth lumps and small seeds, and it improves product sanitation by reducing the microbe count and the insect and insect fragment count.

Which model fits a 15 t/h mill?
The TTS-400 at 18 TPH leaves headroom for dirtier wheat, where a TTS-250 at 11 TPH would already be the limit.
Does the scourer handle durum?
Yes. With the appropriate rotor and screen jacket design it is also applied for intensive durum scouring and oats processing.
What air consumption is required?
500 m3/h on a TTS-200 up to 1000 m3/h on a TTS-600.
What supply voltage is quoted?
380 V 50 Hz three phase. Confirm your local supply at the quotation stage.
