What R-2 Is Built For
R-2 is a bias agricultural tyre designed for tractors and farm machinery operating in heavy-duty field conditions. It features a tread pattern optimized for grip and self-cleaning performance, with reinforced construction to resist wear and punctures. Available in three sizes—19.5L-24, 28L-26, and 23.1-26—each with a load index of — and speed symbol A6, it supports axle loads up to 4245 kg at 170 kPa. The tyre is built for consistent performance across muddy, uneven, and high-resistance terrain, with tread depths of 92.0 mm and 100.0 mm depending on size.

- Fleet operators managing large-scale farming operations with multiple tractor models
- Importers sourcing tyres for mixed container loads across different agricultural tyre sizes
- Contractors running seasonal field work who need reliable tyres with long casing life
- Distributors requiring one supplier for multiple sizes and brands in a single container
Application Scenarios
- Tractors performing ploughing, tilling, and planting in wet, muddy fields with high soil resistance
- Harvesting operations on uneven, ungraded farmland where traction and self-cleaning are critical
- Field transport of heavy implements or trailers across soft ground with frequent stops and starts
- Farms using large tractors with wide front or rear axles requiring specific rim fitments
- Operations where consistent casing life and retreadability are needed over multiple seasons
Technical Features
- Bias casing construction for durability in high-impact agricultural environments
- Tread pattern designed for grip and self-cleaning in mud and soft terrain
- Reinforced tread and sidewall for resistance to wear and punctures
- Tread depth of 92.0 mm on 19.5L-24 and 100.0 mm on 28L-26 and 23.1-26 for extended casing life
- Speed symbol A6 suitable for typical agricultural field speeds

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Radial agricultural tyres
R-2 offers lower rolling resistance and better traction in soft soil due to bias construction, but may have shorter casing life under continuous high-speed use
Compared With Tyres with lower tread depth
R-2's 92.0 mm and 100.0 mm tread depths provide longer casing life and better performance in abrasive or muddy fields
Compared With Tyres without self-cleaning tread
R-2’s tread pattern reduces clogging in mud, maintaining grip and reducing slippage during field work
Use Guide
- Match ply rating and rim size to your tractor axle and wheel configuration
- Inflate to 170 kPa for all sizes; do not exceed this pressure unless specified by the size table
- Inspect tread and sidewall after each field cycle for embedded stones or cuts
- Rotate tyres between axles to balance wear, especially on tractors with uneven load distribution
- Use only on vehicles and applications specified under the agricultural category; do not use on road-only or highway vehicles
R-2 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ typically fills by weight rather than volume. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or needs to be produced. We confirm availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes are available?
19.5L-24 (10PR), 28L-26 (14PR), and 23.1-26 (12PR). Full load, pressure, and rim data for each is in the size table.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us your import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled directly by us.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us.
Is this tyre suitable for road use?
It is designed for agricultural use in fields and soft terrain. It is not intended for highway or road-only operation.
