What LL29 Is Built For
LL29 is a bias agricultural tyre designed for multiple functions across light to medium-duty farm and utility vehicles. It is built for use on tractors, garden loaders, and small harvesters operating on soft soil, field paths, and paved access roads. The tread pattern is engineered for traction in mud and loose ground while maintaining stability on hard surfaces. Four sizes are available: 4.50-16 in 6, 8, and 10 ply ratings, and 5.00-14 in 8 ply rating. All sizes are rated for A6 speed symbol and carry a tread depth of 655 mm or 628 mm depending on size. The rim size is standard 3.00D across all variants.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Multiple Functions
Key Benefits
- Multiple functions across field and road use without requiring separate tyres
- High tread depth of 655 mm on 4.50-16 sizes supports long wear in soft soil
- Tread depth of 628 mm on 5.00-14 size maintains performance on mixed terrain
- Standard 3.00D rim fits common small agricultural wheel hubs
- A6 speed symbol allows safe operation on access roads and farm highways
Problems It Solves
- Farms with mixed vehicle types and duties require multiple tyre patterns, increasing stock and ordering complexity
- Tyres that fail on soft ground due to low tread depth or poor traction in mud and clay
- Inconsistent rim fitment across small agricultural vehicles leading to improper mounting
- Lack of a single tyre that performs on both field and paved access roads without re-treading
- Difficulty in sourcing tyres with consistent load capacity and speed rating across small sizes
Who It Is For
- Agricultural dealers supplying tyres to small and medium farms in Asia, Africa, and South America
- Fleet managers of farm equipment that operate across mixed terrain without seasonal tyre changes
- Importers sourcing a single pattern that covers multiple small agricultural vehicles
- Distributors needing a low MOQ tyre for regional markets with limited vehicle standardization
Application Scenarios
- Tractors performing field work on clay or wet soil with short hauls to paved farm access roads
- Garden loaders and utility vehicles moving materials between barns, sheds and storage
- Small harvesters operating on soft ground with occasional travel on hard-surfaced farm roads
- Fleet operators managing multiple small farm vehicles that need consistent performance
- Contractors supplying tyres to smallholder farms where vehicle types vary and tyre changes are infrequent
Technical Features
- Bias construction with multiple ply ratings to match vehicle load and duty
- Tread depth of 655 mm on 4.50-16 sizes for extended life in soft soil
- Tread depth of 628 mm on 5.00-14 size for balanced performance on mixed surfaces
- Standard 3.00D rim size for compatibility with common small agricultural wheels
- A6 speed symbol suitable for farm access roads and low-speed transport

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With General-purpose farm tyres with lower tread depth
LL29’s 655 mm tread depth on 4.50-16 sizes offers longer wear in soft soil compared to standard 500–600 mm tread depths
Compared With Tyres with higher speed ratings (e.g. B or C)
A6 speed symbol is sufficient for farm access roads and field use; higher ratings add cost without benefit in this application
Compared With Tyres with different rim sizes
3.00D rim is standard for small agricultural wheels; mismatched rims cause fitment issues and safety risks
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to actual axle load: 6PR for light duty, 8PR for medium, 10PR for heavy
- Inflate to the pressure listed in the size table for the specific load and size
- Inspect tread and sidewall after field use for embedded stones or damage
- Rotate tyres between positions if irregular wear develops, especially on uneven terrain
- Use only on vehicles designed for 3.00D rim size; do not fit on wider or narrower rims
LL29 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 4.50-16 or 5.00-14 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
4.50-16 in 6, 8, and 10 ply ratings, and 5.00-14 in 8 ply rating. Full load, pressure, and dimension data for each is in the size table on this page.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
Is this tyre suitable for paved roads?
Yes, the A6 speed symbol and tread pattern allow safe operation on farm access roads and paved paths, though it is optimized for field use.
