What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation.
Which sizes are available?
10 sizes: 6.50-16, 7.50-16, 8.3-20, 8.3-24, 9.5-24, 11.2-24, 11/12.4-28, 14.9-30, 11-32, 16.9-34. Full load, pressure, rim, and dimension data is in the size table.
Can you supply this tyre with a different rim size?
We supply the tyre with the rim size specified in the size table. Custom rim fitment is not available unless the plant can support it, which is not guaranteed.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, one year against manufacturing defect on all tyres supplied. Claims are handled directly by us, not passed back to the plant.
Can you ship a mixed container with other tyre types?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
What certificate of origin can you provide?
We provide all kinds of Certificate of Origin available, including China, Thailand, and Cambodia, depending on the plant of origin.
