Materials

Materials and Construction

  • Radial steel casing construction as supplied by the manufacturing plant
  • Tread compound rated for high wear resistance under mixed-duty conditions
  • Sidewall and belt package designed to support the specified ply ratings and load indices
How ordering works

From Size List to Loaded Container

1

Confirm size, ply rating, load index and speed symbol against your vehicle's axle load and rim width

2

We quote FOB or CIF based on your load port and confirm current plant availability

3

Production or stock allocation is confirmed with the plant before deposit payment

4

Container is loaded, insured and shipped with certificate of origin and full export documentation

Quality control

Quality and After Sales

  • Every tyre supplied carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defect
  • Warranty claims are handled directly by us, not passed back to the plant
  • Cargo transportation insurance is arranged on every shipment
  • DOT, ECE and other markings are confirmed against your market requirement before loading
Customisation

Customisation Options

  • Mixed container loading across sizes, patterns and brands to match your order book
  • Certificate of origin issued to suit your import duty position
  • Sidewall branding and private label subject to plant minimum order quantity
  • Label, marking and packaging adjusted to the destination market requirement
Honest comparison

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not

Compared With Standard passenger car tyres with lower load index and ply rating

LMC4 offers higher load capacity and durability for light truck duty, reducing the risk of casing failure under frequent stops and moderate loads

Compared With Heavy-duty truck tyres with higher ply ratings

LMC4 is lighter and more cost-effective for light trucks, avoiding over-specification and excessive ride harshness

Compared With Tyres with lower tread depth and wear resistance

LMC4's 9.7 mm to 11.2 mm tread depth extends casing life on high-mileage routes, reducing replacement frequency

Fitting and use

Use Guide

  • Match ply rating and load index to your actual axle load and vehicle duty, not to the maximum available
  • Check the standard rim listed against your wheel: 5.50F for 6.50R15LT, 6.50R16C and 7.00R15LT; 6.00G for 7.50R16LT
  • Inflate to the pressure shown for your load in the size table; dual and single fitment pressures differ
  • Rotate tyres before irregular wear sets in, especially on fleets with one-way or uneven load distribution
  • Inspect tread depth regularly; tyres with 9.7 mm depth are suitable for high-mileage urban use
Questions

LMC4 Buying Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

We load by full container. A 40HQ of 6.50R16C or 7.50R16LT typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.

What is the lead time?

It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.

Which sizes are available?

6.50R15LT, 6.50R16C, 7.00R15LT, and 7.50R16LT. Ply ratings from 8PR to 14PR, load index up to 122/118, and speed symbols N, L, M. Full data is in the size table.

Is this tyre suitable for off-road use?

It is designed for on-road and light-duty off-road use such as gravel access roads. It is not rated for heavy off-road or agricultural terrain.

Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?

Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.

What warranty do you give?

One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.

Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?

Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
